2025 AP EXAM SCHEDULE:
- Starting in May 2025, standard paper testing will be discontinued for 28 AP Exams – these exams will move to the Bluebook™ digital testing application. Students will take digital AP Exams in Bluebook.
- Digital: Students complete multiple-choice and free-response questions in Bluebook, with all responses automatically submitted at the end of the exam.
- Hybrid: Students complete multiple-choice questions and view free-response questions in Bluebook. They hand write their free-response answers in paper exam booklets that are returned for scoring.

2025 AP Exam Eligibility
- Students in any of the categories below are eligible to take AP Exams at the secondary school where they’re enrolled or at other AP-authorized schools or test centres:
- Students actively enrolled in secondary school.
Secondary school-level students who are homeschooled, participate in independent study, or attend a virtual school.
Actively enrolled students who may be prepared to take an AP Exam prior to the ninth grade. - Recent secondary school graduates who need a specific AP Exam for university admission.
Testing Policies
- I acknowledge that I will need to pay the test centre and register online with the College Board by the stated deadline to complete my AP Exam registration and receive an Admission Ticket from the test centre, or I will not be able to test.
- I acknowledge that I have read and agree to test centre policies above, with respect to payment deadline, payment instructions, refunds, and cancellations.
Additional testing policies
- You can take any or all of the 4 physics exams in the same year.
- You cannot retake an exam in the same year, although you may retake it in a subsequent year.
- You cannot take both Calculus AB and Calculus BC in the same year.
- You cannot take 2 exams scheduled at the same date and time. Decide which exam you wish to take first and then take the other exam during the next testing window.
- AP Exams at test centres are paper-and-pencil based and administered in person at the test centre. In-person digital exam options are not available for students outside the U.S. at this time.
Important ID Policy Update
Mandatory Documents:
- Please plan any ID processing and applications in advance. Ensure you have acceptable ID to bring to the test site on exam day or you will not be able to test.
Refund Policy:
Please refer to the cancellation policy given below for the amounts on the refund that you will receive.
For Usual Registration window starting on 1st October to November 1st
Full Refund will be given before we place the order i.e., cancellation request raised by the student before 1st November’ 2024.
Usual Registration window Refund of 7000 INR for regular testing and 8500 INR for late testing will be made if test is cancelled or cancellation request is raised by the student on or before 15th March 2025.
For 2nd Registration window starting on 1st Jan’2025 – Closing on 1st March 2025
Full Refund will be given before we place the order i.e., cancellation request raised by the student before 1st March’2025
Late Registration window Refund of 9000 INR for regular testing and 10500 INR for late testing will be made if test is cancelled or cancellation request is raised by the student on or before 1st March 2025.
Other Important Points
- No refund is entertained for the cancellation request raised from 16th March’2025 onwards.
- No refund is entertained without the receipt.
- No refund for the absentees / no show up students on the test date
- Refunds will be processed and issued in the month of June 2025.****For refund, we need a cancelled cheque which needs to be emailed to poonam.gopiram@chirec.ac.in as the proof of the account where refund to be done alongside filling up the below form.
