This mindset was shaped right from the Prelude to IB – a four-day Foundation Programme that introduces new learners to the expectations and values of the Diploma Programme. Sessions like “Debate Café,” “Fallacy Hunt,” and “Source Ranking Challenge” helped students explore critical thinking, research, collaboration, and presentation. On the final day, they presented group projects that reflected the IB learner profile, developing skills they would carry through Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Extended Essays (EE), and Internal Assessments (IAs).
