Mr. Ramesh Mudgal is an accomplished educationist with over 30 years of experience in teaching, administration, and school leadership. In his role as Academic Head for a group of schools, he played a pivotal role in driving continuous academic and operational improvement.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ramesh has held leadership positions in several K–12 international schools in India, Thailand, Singapore, UAE and Bangladesh, where he has guided large, diverse teams toward excellence. His ability to inspire and empower others, combined with his strengths in problem-solving, communication, management, and conflict resolution, has significantly contributed to organisational growth and success.
A passionate advocate of lifelong learning, Mr. Ramesh is deeply committed to fostering creativity and innovation among both staff and students. He has spearheaded numerous online and onsite teaching initiatives and remains actively engaged in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs, with a strong focus on integrating 21st-century learning technologies. His work includes the implementation of AI-driven tools to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Mr. Ramesh is a certified Malcolm Baldrige Educational Excellence Assessor (accredited by IMC, India) and a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems and has also recently earned the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) from the United Kingdom.
Mr Mudgal envisions contributing to CHIREC 2.0 by establishing systems and processes that focus on ‘Teaching for Learning’, ensuring high student engagement that leads to achievement and growth of every learner. He aims to foster holistic development of the student community while simultaneously driving the school’s digital transformation.
